Parishioner, Jacqueline Carter-Walker started interviewing and writing Parishioner Profiles in 2010 in preparation for St. Matthias’ 50th Anniversary celebration which took place in May 2011. She started with the pioneers, the founding members of the parish, before there was even a church building and masses were held in the neighborhood hardware store. Since then, she has continued interviewing and writing her profiles which have appeared in weekly bulletins and have been enjoyed by our parishioners.
